00:00: Now you can efficiently manage communications across multiple channels

00:03: in one project. This feature streamlines your workflow, enabling seamless

00:08: integration of SMS, email, and physical mail for better engagement.

00:13: Create a multi-channel workflow to start managing communications across different

00:17: platforms efficiently.

00:19: To begin,

00:19: click multi-channel project.

00:27: Now give your project a name.

00:28: Then click Start to move to the next step.

00:31: You're ready to build your smart delivery workflow.

00:34: Click the plus sign.

00:35: A menu will appear on the right.

00:36: Select the communication method you would like for the first phase of your workflow.

00:40: For this demonstration, we will begin with SMS.

00:44: Click Configure to set up your SMS upload.

00:47: Select a pre-addressed file from your laptop or PC or drag and drop here.

00:54: Click continue to move to the next step.

00:59: Once the file has finished downloading, you'll be sent to the preview page.

01:11: Your pre-addressed file must include the mobile number to which the SMS is being

01:14: sent. The number

01:16: can be included anywhere on the document, and this can be arranged during your

01:20: account set-up and configuration.

01:21: The mobile number doesn't need to be visible;

01:23: the best way to hide the number is by changing the colour font to white to make it

01:28: invisible.

01:30: The system will pick up how many recipients you are

01:32: sending the edelivery to.

01:35: You can preview that information to the right. Under that detail,

01:38: the system will count the number of pages per letter.

01:41: Please check this is correct before moving forward.

01:50: You can apply a letterhead if the communication requires it, or download a template

01:54: from your media library. For any additional attachments or information

01:58: you need to add alongside the letter, for example, promotional letters,

02:02: this can be added just below the letterhead upload area.

02:05: If you are happy with the preview, click continue.

02:10: Now select how you wish to be notified of the submission, either via email or SMS.

02:20: For this demonstration,

02:20: we will select SMS.

02:23: Now click Continue to move forward in the project setup.

02:27: Complete your final checks, make sure your configurations are correct to ensure

02:31: you're happy to proceed.

02:32: You may edit your communication configurations here if necessary.

02:36: Click Complete to finalize your project setup.

02:39: Now you can move on to the next step of your workflow.

02:41: Click the plus button to add your next level of communication.

02:44: A menu will appear on the right to select the step type. Select your preferred

02:49: method.

02:50: This will be the follow-up communication after the first SMS E delivery. You can

02:55: set your

02:55: trigger, for example, this email will be sent when the recipient hasn't opened the first SMS.

03:09: Now that you've sent your SMS, you

03:16: You can add an email to the workflow.

03:18: Configure this, select your file, and open it there.

03:31: Just check that your Recipient details are where you want them to be.

03:34: They don't have to be visible. They just have to be on this document somewhere. That

03:39: can be part of your

03:47: Configuration and setup process for where that is, but it doesn't have to

03:51: necessarily be in that space.

03:53: Check how many recipients there are,

03:55: how many numbers of pages there are for this letter.

03:57: Apply a letterhead if need be, add it from the media library. And if there's any

04:02: additional attachments, you can add them here.

04:15: Once you're happy with that, click continue.

04:18: You can select how you would like to be notified.

04:20: We'll leave it on email for this one and click continue.

04:28: Double check all your configurations and your summary.

04:30: And if you're happy with that, tick the box and complete.

04:36: You can add triggers to your workflow by clicking the plus and selecting this option.

04:42: And here you can add a physical letter.

04:51: Click Send a physical letter to the recipient.

04:55: The email hasn't been opened.

05:03: Similar to before, select your file, add your physical letter.

05:13: Review the preview.

05:15: Add any additional items and click continue.

05:25: Click Continue to proceed with mailing options.
